SHIPPING AND RETURNS

The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage to the products upon delivery. Products purchased through the Website will be shipped via courier and delivered within the timeframe specified on the Website, depending on the selected shipping method, and in any case, within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of day you place your order, and product availability.

When processing your order, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost, and the estimated delivery date.

Please note that deliveries are made only on business days.

HOME DELIVERY

Delivery in 2-3 business days* - €3.90

Shipping is free for orders over €60, only for items without discounts.

*The delivery times indicated above will be extended for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and remote areas.

To avoid delivery issues (incorrect addresses, inability to find someone at the address, etc.), it is essential to complete the corresponding form correctly.

Orders can be tracked through the Website, where the location of the product(s) will be indicated at all times until final delivery. The shipping cost is calculated based on the chosen shipping method and the total price of the products purchased.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated when each item is added to the shopping cart and will be itemized on the order summary page before the customer confirms the order by clicking the 'Confirm Payment' button and before entering payment information.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returns or exchanges must be processed by emailing info@crosslovestore.com with the subject line “RETURN”.

To do this, you will usually only need your order number and email address. In case of an error or issue, you can write to us at info@crosslove.es.

Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will examine it and notify you by email whether the return or exchange is approved, taking into account the established timeframe and the condition of the product.

For these purposes, please note the following:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition and form in which it was received.
  • You must have used the product reasonably while in your possession.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we may refuse certain returns and/or refunds.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns of products that are in poor condition, stained, damaged, or that do not belong in our online store.

The amounts paid will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer. However, the actual credit to the account or card will always depend on the corresponding bank.

The refund will not include shipping costs. Furthermore, CROSSLOVE will not cover the costs associated with the logistics of the return shipment and will only process the items expressly indicated by the customer in their return or exchange request.

The refund period will be up to 30 days from receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that the conditions of this policy are met.

The customer will bear the costs of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise indicated or there is a defect in the product.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have already been exchanged, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.

RETURNS OF MULTIPLE ORDERS

If you have purchased multiple orders, each order must be processed individually using its associated order number. If you wish to return or exchange two or more separate orders, you must process them separately.

Once you have requested a return, you will receive the corresponding label or instructions via email, if applicable.

CROSSLOVE will not refund shipping costs or return handling fees, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to CROSSLOVE.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product you received is not in good condition due to reasons beyond your control, we offer you the option of requesting a replacement with a product in perfect condition or, if applicable, a refund.

Returns due to defective or damaged products will not be considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

When a replacement or return is due to a product defect, CROSSLOVE will cover the shipping costs for both the defective product and the replacement. However, for international shipments, the buyer may be responsible for any applicable duties or customs fees associated with importing the new product.

Sweepstakes and Promotions

CROSSLOVE may occasionally offer, at its sole discretion, sweepstakes, promotions, discount coupons, free shipping, free orders, or other commercial benefits to its customers.

These promotional activities will be subject to specific conditions that may vary depending on their availability, validity, geographical scope, participation requirements, or any other limitations that CROSSLOVE deems appropriate. These conditions will be communicated in each case through the brand's official channels.

CROSSLOVE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided there are justifiable reasons.

To resolve any questions regarding the application of a promotion or sweepstakes, we recommend contacting our customer service department before completing your purchase.

Products purchased as a result of a sweepstakes or promotion may be excluded from exchanges or returns, as expressly stated in the applicable terms and conditions.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

If CROSSLOVE offers a loyalty program, membership club, or points system, it will be governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be available for review in the corresponding section of the website.

Participation in such a program implies express acceptance of its specific terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy.

CROSSLOVE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any loyalty program at any time, as well as to limit, revoke, or cancel benefits in the event of fraudulent use, breach of terms and conditions, prolonged inactivity, or any action contrary to the brand's interests.

LIABILITY

Our liability in relation to any product purchased through the website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question, unless otherwise required by law.

Due to the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors occurring in the storage or transmission of digital information, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or security of all information transmitted or obtained through the site, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Likewise, in the event of a clear computer error or technical failure affecting the published prices or the purchase process, we reserve the right not to accept the order.

WARRANTY

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any CROSSLOVE product will be conforming, suitable for its intended ordinary use, and covered against manufacturing or material defects for the legally applicable warranty period.

Please note that, once the legal period for the presumption of non-conformity of origin has expired, any defect that appears may require proof from the buyer.

This warranty will only be valid upon presentation of proof of purchase and will not cover, under any circumstances, defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, intentional damage, accidents, customer negligence, or modifications and repairs carried out without prior authorization from CROSSLOVE.

Any warranty offered by CROSSLOVE is understood to be without prejudice to the rights and actions that applicable law recognizes for the consumer with respect to the sale of consumer goods.
